GMF began as Grounds Management of Florida, Inc. Founded in 1996 as a commercial landscaping company. Over the years, the company shifted into construction contracting in Florida and the Caribbean, finding its niche building equestrian properties in Wellington, Florida. Scott is a licensed South Carolina residential contractor.  

Today GMF is based out of Aiken, SC, where it serves the agricultural and equine community with a range of design and construction services. Owner Scott Donn is a former equestrian and cattle rancher. He continues his passion for horses serving as support staff for his FEI level dressage rider wife.
